Honey & Avocado Face Mask

So natural you can eat it!


Ingredients:
1. ½ avocado
2. ¼ cup uncooked oatmeal
3. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
4. 2 tablespoon honey
5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions:
Simply mash and combine and the ingredients in a small bowl and apply to your face. Be careful around your eyes (as with all products).
Let sit on your face for about 20 minutes.
Rinse with warm water.
Follow with your favorite moisturizer.


Benefits:
Avocado is loaded with vitamin E, healthy fats and antioxidants which help keep the skin smooth.
Lemon juice and apple cider vinegar both contain citric acid which may help “brighten” the skin, while the apple cider vinegar may also help reduce inflammation on the skin such as pimples or redness.
Honey helps brighten the skin and also thoroughly cleanse with natural antibacterial properties.
The uncooked oatmeal can work as an exfoliate while also soothing the skin.
